The hand is vertically divided into two parts:
One part includes the fore finger and the thumb , the mount of venus, jupiter etc...this part is known as the male part....if this part is more developed then the person will be more status driven, bold, bossy, strong, logical....and will be having more male characters....
on the contrary if the other part which is the little finger , mount of mercury, mount of moon,mount of sun etc are more developed ......then the person will be...more emotional,intuitive, caring...gentle etc....having more female characteristics.
The middle finger is the controller......
